4 years ago today I was 41 weeks + 1 day and was going for my induction. Was at the hospital by 8:30 am, after starting antibiotics I finally started the drip at 1030ish. My water broke on it's own while walking the halls around 430 or 5, and after a difficult shoulder dystocia an 8 lb 15 oz red head boy came out.

Also these are his favorite socks... sometimes he'll wear them 4-5 days in a row if I don't catch him.
He's kept us on our toes and has helped me to be a better person... or worse depending on the day. What I've come to realize parenting Jace is every kid needs love and attention in their own way. Jace is sweet and loving. He's smarter than he lets up. He can count actually pretty high without us teaching him and knows all his letters well. He struggles with writing because he's left handed and holding a pen hasn't come naturally. But he'll spell out all his letters with veggie fries. I'm glad he's picked it up pretty good because I wasn't sure if he was interested.
He loves snacks as mentioned before and loves to know how everything works. He asks lots of questions. He loves Duplo and Lego. He actually reminds me a lot of my brother and his personality.
